• • Google Maps / Location APIs: The Service transmits your precise latitude and longitude coordinates to Google APIs. This data is processed externally to convert raw coordinates into functional map displays, geocoding elements, or localized app features.
• • Google Analytics for Firebase: This service tracks user interactions, device properties, and app performance metrics. Google uses this data to evaluate app usage. This data is shared across Google services and may be used to contextualise and personalise advertisements within Google’s own network.

3. Lawful Bases for Data Processing
Under global frameworks (including EU/UK GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD), we process your data under the following legal grounds:

• • Your Consent: For precise GPS tracking, Google API data transmissions, and camera/photo access, which you can revoke at any time via device settings.
• • Performance of a Contract: To deliver the core application features you request.
• • Legitimate Interests: To analyse performance, patch software bugs, and ensure application security.

4. International Data Transfers
As a global application available in over 177 countries, your information—including Personal Data and location coordinates—is transferred to, stored on, and processed by cloud servers located outside of your home country, state, or province (such as infrastructure managed by Google).
Data protection regulations in these destination countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely, utilising Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent cross-border data transfer mechanisms where legally required.

5. Financial Transactions & Monetisation
Our Service does not feature any advertisements, premium subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We do not collect, store, or process any payment cards, bank details, or financial billing information.

6. Global Data Protection Rights
Regardless of your geographic location, we extend comprehensive privacy controls to all users. Depending on your country of residence (such as the UK, EEA, USA, Brazil, India, or Australia), you possess the following statutory rights:

Our Service is strictly not intended for children.

• • If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately. If we discover that an unauthorised minor has accessed the app, we will permanently delete their data from our servers.

We protect your data using industry-standard physical, electronic, and managerial security frameworks. However, no internet transmission or digital storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfil the core operational purposes outlined in Section 3.
